Job Description

The Campaign Manager, Search is responsible for driving the success of clients’ paid search initiatives across both traditional search (e.g., Google, Bing) and retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising). This individual will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, partners, and clients—providing campaign guidance, and optimization strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns from across Retail Search (i.e. Amazon Advertising) and Traditional Search (i.e. Google Ads) to fuel business growth
  • Craft engaging ad copy messaging, optimize ads based on performance, and ensure all ad creatives are refreshed in a timely manner
  • Continuously identify keyword gaps, trends, and new audience targeting opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide helpful insights, learnings, and trends with clear next steps to improve overall performance
  • Monitor performance of all advertised products for impactful recommendations
  • Assist with maintaining accurate budget pacing and forecasting across all paid search platforms
  • Keep track of all activate and available assets (copy/messaging, images, & videos, etc.)
  • Help maintain media vendor relationships, leveraging them for new opportunities and performance improvements
  • Coordinate with team channel leads on agency and client-side for timely execution, planning, and tests
Qualifications
  • Collaborative with strong communication skills
  • 1+ year hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, client or agency side
  • Proficiency in at least 1 or more of the following platforms: Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brand ads), Google Ads, or Microsoft Ads
  • Experience analyzing Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) data preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360 or Skai preferred
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
  • Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and the ability to move at an agile pace

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
