Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Manager based in the United States.

Join a mission-driven team working to make mental health support more accessible, inclusive, and affordable for people around the world.

As Campaign Manager, you will lead the execution of go‑to‑market campaigns for membership and coaching products, helping transform product strategies into measurable growth.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and marketing specialists to launch new features, optimize messaging, and coordinate campaigns across web, email, social media, and other channels.

Using data from HubSpot, Amplitude, and other analytics tools, you will identify opportunities to improve engagement, acquisition, and conversion rates.

Your insights and recommendations will directly influence campaign priorities, experimentation, and future product launches.

This opportunity offers a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where initiative, analytical thinking, and creative problem‑solving are highly valued.

Most importantly, your work will help connect people with meaningful mental health resources while supporting the growth of a purpose‑driven digital business.

Accountabilities

As Campaign Manager, you will oversee the execution, optimization, and measurement of go‑to‑market campaigns for membership and coaching offerings. Working across product and marketing functions, you will ensure campaigns reach the right audiences, deliver compelling messages, and generate measurable business results.

  • Product launches and go‑to‑market execution: Partner with product managers to plan, develop, and launch campaigns for new products and features. Create campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Campaign production and coordination: Translate established marketing plans into actionable campaigns, coordinating with content, social media, video, and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across relevant channels.
  • Messaging and copywriting: Develop persuasive, audience‑focused copy for landing pages, website content, calls to action, email campaigns, and social media, connecting product value propositions with audience needs.
  • Traffic acquisition and conversion optimization: Support lead generation through SEO‑informed landing pages, effective tracking parameters, forms, and calls to action. Identify opportunities to expand beyond organic channels, including paid search and advertising campaigns.
  • Performance measurement and experimentation: Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot, Amplitude, and other analytics platforms. Conduct A/B tests, evaluate results, and recommend improvements to traffic, click‑through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Post‑campaign analysis: Lead data‑informed campaign reviews, document learnings, and apply insights to future launches, messaging strategies, channel selection, and marketing priorities.
  • Email and lifecycle marketing: Support newsletters and automated customer journeys covering onboarding, activation, lead nurturing, upselling, re‑engagement, and renewals in collaboration with the lifecycle marketing team.
  • Audience segmentation and lead management: Develop segmentation and lead‑scoring rules based on user behavior, product interest, and lifecycle stage. Maintain CRM data quality, list health, email deliverability, and workflow documentation.
  • Cross‑functional recommendations: Present clear, evidence‑based insights to stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, strengthen customer engagement, and support future growth, including potential business‑to‑business initiatives.

The role focuses on campaign execution, testing, and optimization rather than company‑wide marketing strategy, brand identity, product roadmap ownership, multimedia production, executive communications, crisis communications, public relations, or partnership management.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced, data‑driven marketing professional who combines strong campaign execution skills with excellent copywriting, analytical thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate can manage product launches from initial brief through post‑campaign evaluation, translate performance data into practical recommendations, and keep multiple initiatives moving forward in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Qualifications And Skills
  • At least 7 years of marketing experience, including hands‑on responsibility for product launches and go‑to‑market campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with product managers or product teams to launch products, features, or new offerings.
  • Excellent copywriting skills across web, email, and social media, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, including email campaign creation, automated workflows, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret dashboards, evaluate funnel performance, conduct A/B tests, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, or Metabase.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Framer and design collaboration tools such as Figma.
  • Knowledge of SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO), particularly for landing pages and lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate timelines, manage competing priorities, and deliver campaigns from planning through evaluation.
  • A self‑directed, proactive approach to problem‑solving, with the confidence to identify opportunities and recommend improvements based on evidence.
Highly Valued Experience
  • Experience advising leadership teams and presenting clear, data‑backed recommendations on campaign strategy, messaging, and marketing priorities.
  • Familiarity with subscription or membership business models, including customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) optimization.
  • Experience marketing to Gen Z and millennial audiences.
Additional Advantages
  • A personal interest in or connection to the mission of making mental health support more accessible.
  • Experience managing external vendors, coordinating deliverables, and overseeing project timelines.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising and social media marketing.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or mental health marketing, including an understanding of responsible messaging, claims, and compliance requirements.
Benefits
  • Purpose‑driven work: Contribute to campaigns that help people discover meaningful mental health support and resources.
  • Meaningful impact: Help connect underserved audiences with accessible coaching and membership offerings.
  • A collaborative environment: Work closely with product managers and marketing specialists in a team that values ideas, initiative, and shared learning.
  • Opportunity to influence decisions: Provide recommendations that help shape campaign execution, messaging, testing, and go‑to‑market improvements.
  • Professional growth: Develop your expertise in product marketing, campaign optimization, lifecycle marketing, and data‑driven experimentation.
