Job Overview

This role focuses on building relationships with volunteers, implementing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising strategies, and exceeding revenue targets within a designated market area to support the mission of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with departments to communicate LLS mission and organize donor events.
  • Drive peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for fundraising products.
  • Recruit and manage volunteers and committees.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and digital media skills.
Physical & Work Environment

Minimal physical demands; travel within the area; some evening/weekend work required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $86,000, with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and wellness programs.
