Back Office for Organizing in Michigan (BOOM) LLC
Position Overview: In partnership with the Compliance Director, the Campaign Finance Generalist will support BOOM's compliance infrastructure across campaign finance, contracts, grant restrictions, regulatory filings, and proactive audit systems, and ensure electoral compliance for BOOM and its network of Michigan-based organizations and entities. This role requires a hard‑working, organized, flexible, meticulous, and empathetic compliance professional dedicated to supporting transformative social change.
Employment Terms: This is a full‑time exempt position. Must be a Michigan resident. Remote position, with very limited travel. Reliable internet access is required. Salary range for this position is $65,000‑75,000/year.

Founded by leaders from 482Forward, the Michigan Education Justice Coalition and the Urban Core Collective, BOOM serves as a back‑office hub to meet the growing needs of base‑building organizations, allowing them to focus on programmatic and organizing priorities.
