Job summary

Cindy Holscher for Kansas is seeking a Finance Assistant for the 2026 cycle to support a growing fundraising program in our Overland Park office. This in-person, full-time role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to campaigns, fundraising, compliance and operations.

Key duties include assisting the finance team to execute the plan, organizing donor lists, data entry, donor outreach, and helping with events.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented self-starter with interest in campaigns.
• Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with NGP and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the finance staff to execute the finance plan.
• Organize and prepare donor lists for call time.
• Staff candidate call time as needed and assist in donor data entry.
