Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for a Campaign Execution Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Campaign Execution Specialist, you will have to:

• Deal directly and manage effectively all customer queries regarding promotions and bonuses
• Handle complaints and provide solutions related to bonuses
• Monitor and evaluate the activity of customers
• Provide accurate information regarding company's promotions
• Handle daily promotions for both Online Sportsbook and Casino
• Deliver marketing campaigns (using tools like Optimove, Mailup, Locosms)
• Communicate with Sportsbook & Casino Departments, providing feedback regarding promotions, banners, etc.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
• Experience in using CRM tools/campaigns is a plus
• Passion for sports and a good understanding of online gaming products
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese
• Flexibility to work on a shift rotation 24/7
