Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Lead and manage multiple influence campaigns across various regions, ensuring they are aligned with global and regional objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that drive key results and advance our clients' interests on the global stage.
Track and measure the impact of campaigns, utilizing KPIs and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Partnership & Agency Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global partners, agencies, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
Oversee the selection, onboarding, and management of external agencies and partners, ensuring they meet project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance.
Set and communicate clear goals, provide guidance, and support the team in achieving critical milestones.
Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team, promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Strategic Development:
Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform campaign strategies, staying abreast of global trends, geopolitical developments, and emerging issues.
Develop strategic presentations that effectively communicate our campaign results, impact, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and barriers, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and public forums, demonstrating professionalism and subject matter expertise.
Engage with global stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and international organizations, to advance campaign objectives.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Implement rigorous project management practices, ensuring that all team members are aligned and accountable for their responsibilities.
Maintain a strong work ethic, discipline, and organization, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
