Opendorse is hiring a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to support our Commercial Services team in running branded athlete endorsement campaigns through January 2027. This fixed-term project role does not convert to full-time.

The role focuses on supporting live campaigns, ensuring posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards, keeping deliverables on schedule, and analyzing performance data for recaps, while collaborating with sales, creative, product, and operations teams.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, preferably with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• Sports industry experience is a plus.

Opendorse is hiring a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to help our Commercial Services team run branded athlete endorsement campaigns through the end of January 2027. This is a fixed-term project role and is not expected to convert to full-time.

The work:

You'll support live campaigns. That includes working with athletes, helping with scripting and content review, making sure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards, keeping deliverables on schedule, and pulling performance data for recaps. You'll also work closely with our sales, creative, product, and operations teams to keep every campaign aligned from kickoff to wrap.You bring:1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaignsStrong organization, communication, and attention to detailComfort with spreadsheets and social platformsSports industry experience (a plus)We'll train you on our platform. You bring the campaign instincts, and we'll show you how our technology works.

Details:

~15–25 hrs/week · $25–$35/hr, depending on experience · Remote
