Job summary

The Outreach Team in Seattle, WA is hiring Community Canvassers and Team Leaders to support reproductive rights through face-to-face fundraising and outreach. Roles include canvassing with the public, delivering campaign messages, and helping train staff. Canvassers start at $25/hour; leaders at $27/hour, with bonuses and overtime.

Shifts run 12:00 PM–8:30 PM on weekdays; we offer paid training, sick pay, and referral bonuses. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner
• Deliver a compelling campaign message while meeting fundraising standards
• Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills
• Lead a small canvass team with daily check-ins and end-of-day debriefs
• Ensure canvassers have materials to stay safe and successful
• Assist directors with canvasser training and administrative work
