Credico is a global leader in direct sales services, marketing, and digital acquisition with operations in the US, Canada, UK and South Africa. We are hiring Account Managers to support extended evening hours and weekends, in a hybrid role that requires commuting to our downtown Chicago office.

The Account Manager will set up campaigns, manage projects, analyze data, and optimize processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management or project management experience.
• Evening hours and weekend availability are required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage multiple campaigns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain a consistent cadence of work for campaign management and adaptability.
• Collaborate with departments for onboarding/offboarding and process education.
• Analyze data to create reports and actionable insights for campaigns.
• Anticipate data needs based on contract details and optimize processes.
• Document campaign processes, procedures and guidelines.
• Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with internal and external teams.
