Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a college or university.
• Maintain academic standing; suspension disqualifies.
• High School student: regular enrollment or homeschooling.
• Undergrad student: 6 credit hours per term.
• Undergrad international student: 12 credit hours per term.
• Graduate student: 5 credit hours per term.
• Graduate international student: 9 credit hours per term.
• International students may be allowed fewer hours; USCIS rules apply.
• Preferred: cumulative GPA 2.75 or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to new CAMP students during scheduled times.
• Attend Tutor Meetings to connect with other tutors and share strategies.
• Participate in other duties such as presenting at orientation or workshops.
• Tutors will guide students in their academic learning.
• Tutors will decide how best to teach the students.
