Job summary

Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to oversee camp property, maintain facilities, and serve as on-site resource for volunteers. This residential role requires flexibility to work holidays, extended days, and weekends, ensuring ACA compliance and adherence to safety standards.

You will handle preventative maintenance, inspections, site preparation, and record-keeping while supporting secure, well-maintained camp operations for diverse user groups.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree or 2–3 years of related maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance procedures as directed by the Senior Property Manager.
• Perform routine maintenance to facilities, grounds and equipment within scope of training and standards.
• Execute mechanical, electrical, plumbing and construction projects within budget and timeframes.
• Conduct regular inspections and notify Facility Manager of repairs in a timely manner.
• Prepare site for users, facilitate check-in/check-out, and assist users with maintenance requests.
• Maintain residence and camp property housekeeping.
• Maintain property and equipment maintenance records.
• Provide security presence to ensure safety and protect council property.
