Job summary

Camp For All is seeking motivated staff for seasonal roles in Texas. The Program Instructor will participate in orientation, obtain required First Aid and CPR certifications, and help manage program activities while ensuring camper safety and adherence to established standards.

The position is seasonal and exempt, with housing and meals provided when groups are on site. Prior leadership or volunteer experience is beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in leadership and/or volunteer roles.
• Desire to work with the special needs population.

Responsibilities

• Participates in staff orientation and training for Camp For All programs.
• Obtains required First Aid & CPR training.
• Follows all safety standards set by Camp For All in accordance with Texas Department of Health and American Camping Association.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage an assigned program activity and work as a team.
