Afognak Leasing, LLC a subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation, seeks a Camp Manager in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska to oversee camp operations and support equipment, safety, and daily reporting.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, inventory control, and coordination of IT systems for stock, deliveries, and transport cost. Travel up to 100%. A competitive hourly pay range is offered with full-time benefits per contract terms.

Qualifications

• Experienced in two or more trades: carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, or logistics.
• Team player with strong work ethic, dependability and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computer software; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to follow contract, corporate policies, and applicable laws/regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Manages and maintains camp and support equipment (generator, water/wastewater modules, camp power).
• Oversees safety and health components of the camp.
• Performs and/or oversees camp repair and maintenance.
• Controls camp inventory, ensuring parts and tools are available and accounted for.
• Ensures required documentation is accurate and maintained.
• Prepares daily camp reports (guest logs, occupancy, activities, issues, equipment schedules).
• Supports quality control inspections and issues rework when required.
• Uses IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs; coordinates order cycles.

POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Afognak Leasing, LLC a subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation has openings for Camp Manager in thePrudhoe Bay, Alaska area.

• Manages and maintains camp and support equipment, i.e. generator, water/wastewater modules, and camp power requirements.
• Manages and oversees safety and health components of camp.
• Performs and/or oversees camp repair and maintenance.
• Controls camp inventory, assuring necessary parts, pieces, and tools are available and property account for.
• Ensures required documentation is accurate and maintained at all times.
• Prepares daily camp report, to include guest logs, occupancy breakdowns, activities, standing issues, emergency equipment and equipment cleaning schedules.
• Supports the corporate quality control program by performing inspections and issuing rework when required.
• Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs;
• Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle;
• All other duties as assigned.

Payrate:$32.00 to $37.00 hourly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experienced in two or more of the following trades: carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, or logistics.
• Must be a team player with exceptional work ethic, dependability and excellent customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Able to accomplish all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the contract, corporate policies and procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Have the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions;
• Maintain a positive attitude to continue learning

Preferred Qualification and Experience:

• Valid Alaska driver's license
• Slope work experience in operations and maintenance services.
