Job summary

Prime Response, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support logistics for the U.S. Coast Guard training center at Camp Lejeune. The role covers warehousing, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and admin tasks.

Pay starts at $20.50/hour with an additional $5.42/hour Health & Welfare. Candidates must pass a background check and obtain forklift cert within 1 month. On-site work, with state driver’s license required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving experience.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and up to 145 pounds with a two-person team.
Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain forklift certification within one month.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, store, organize, and prepare materials for shipment.
Verify incoming/outgoing items against bills of lading, manifests, invoices, and documents.
Identify and report shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing equipment.
Maintain accurate inventories of warehouse equipment and training kits.
Package, label, document, and load outgoing shipments.
Enter procurement requests using Coast Guard system.
