Mount Hermon Association, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Cook to support the cook at Ranch Camp or Timberline, preparing meals for guests and staff in a safe, organized kitchen. You will handle food according to safety standards and train summer staff on basic prep, service, cleanup, and dishwashing.

Flexibility to work at different kitchens may be required; housing is optional on-site but not guaranteed, and a background check or work eligibility in the United States is necessary.

Formación

• High School graduate and able to follow safety procedures.
• Some college may be preferred but not required.
• Food Handlers Card required for food service.

Responsabilidades

• Complete menu as provided by the Cook at Ranch Camp or Timberline.
• Pull, prepare, serve and store food safely per handling procedures.
• Instruct summer staff about prep, serving, cleanup and dishwashing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Cook or Food Service Coordinator.
