Qualifications

• Must pass routine and regular criminal background checks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on a team
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment without direct supervision
• Lift, bend, twist, stoop and have good hand dexterity
• Lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds
• Stand for 8 hours per day and be available weekends

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to clean and prepare cabins, bathrooms, dining halls, meeting spaces, offices, and other camp buildings
• Turn over guest spaces between groups, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, clean windows, sanitize surfaces, remove trash
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and high-use areas
• Complete deeper cleaning projects as needed
• Set up, clean, and reset meeting rooms and guest spaces
• Assist with Camp laundry, including washing, drying, folding, sorting linens
• Care for cleaning equipment and return supplies after use
• Monitor cleaning supplies and restock as needed
• Respond to unexpected cleaning needs as a team
• Report damaged property or maintenance concerns
• Turn in and report lost-and-found items
• Assist with opening and closing cabins and buildings
