Job summary

Qualifications

• Former college player, assistant college coach or head high school coach.
• Experience mentoring or supervising youth athletes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all camp activities, skill drills, and games in both camp divisions.
• Design & implement camp curriculum - includes running daily skill stations, setting up and running the camp All-Star Game.
• Instruction & coaching: Teaching sport-specific skills, developing athletes' abilities, and creating structured practice plans.
• Supervision: Monitoring campers' safety and well-being, enforcing safety guidelines, and responding to incidents; ensure all campers are accounted for before dismissal.
• Assist & mentor assistant coaches if they need help filling out camper report cards.
