• Emphasis on safety, daily participation, and health of allcampers, coaches, trainer, and life guard
• Ordering allcampsupplies, balls,campT-shirts, coaches drifits,camper of week plaque
• Hiring professionally qualified and quality people to work thecamp
• Market camp to local schools and communities
• Manage Camp Budget
• Communicate effectively with campers and staff
• Adhere to all KSC and state regulations regarding the operations of camps
• Implementing allcampactivities
• Monitoring skill development and game play
• Addressing any problems promptly
• Being an enthusiastic motivator for allcampers and coaches every day!

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
