Join our team as a Camp Counselor at Champ Camp at Colorado School of Mines with KinderCare Learning Companies.

About the Role

Support out-of-school time programs for elementary-aged children on school grounds. Collaborate with peers to implement curriculum, create engaging environments, supervise children’s safety, and foster family engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement Champions curriculum with team members.
  2. Encourage participation through fun and engaging activities.
  3. Ensure children’s safety and well-being daily.
  4. Communicate with parents and promote family involvement.
  5. Build positive relationships with families and community partners.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous camp counselor experience preferred.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Passion for outdoor activities and nature.
  • Comfortable around water and knowledgeable about water safety.
  • Versatile recreational skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly range: $13.10 - $28.40
