Do you have a desire and love to work with youth between the ages of 5-15? Do you have the ability to adapt to difficult situations and use positive behavior management techniques appropriately? If so, please consider applying and joining the Camp Lowe team!
We are looking for fun, creative, and engaging individuals to join our camp family for the Summer of 2025. Under the supervision of the Camp Director, Camp Counselors are responsible for supervising and leading a group of 10-20 campers through a high-quality day camp experience while identifying and meeting camper needs and maintaining YMCA day camp standards and DPH standards.
Shift: Mondays-Fridays from 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Type: Summer Seasonal/Temporary; Camp runs from June 30th, 2025 to August 29th, 2025
Pay: $16.00 per hour for new hires and $16.50 for 1 year returning Camp Counselors, $17.00 for 2+ years returning Camp Counselors. Plus, access to YMCA facilities and Employee Assistance Program for all YMCA of Central Massachusetts employees.
