Camp AV Specialist (Program Assistant/AV)
Job Summary
Prepare, plan, and operate audio/visual equipment for meetings, events, classes, and seminars at the Salvation Army camps. Ensure camp activities are recorded for Salvation Army publications. Capture videos and photographs for promotional materials.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and Experience
Two years’ experience in video production preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Certifications
CPR & First Aid Certification required.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Includes endurance activities like climbing, standing, bending, and stretching. Manual dexterity for equipment manipulation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to live in a camp setting and work irregular hours. Exposure to sun, heat, and environmental conditions.
