Job summary

Mill is seeking a Mechanical Product Designer in San Bruno, CA to lead the mechanical integration of camera and imaging systems into their hardware products. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical product design, with at least 2 years directly involving camera or imaging system integration.
• Experience designing camera systems for harsh or contaminated environments.
• Solid understanding of DFM, DFA, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical integration of camera module from concept through mass production.
• Generate detailed CAD models, specifications, and documentation for camera assemblies.
• Perform tolerance analysis and define alignment strategies to meet image quality targets.
