Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store, over the phone and via online chat.
• Achieves team and individual goals while providing an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications, coach other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services.
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help achieve profitable growth through critical business drive times.
• Generate future opportunities by discovering the deeper needs of our customers.
• Maintain the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness to serve customers.
