• Greet customers in-store, over the phone and via online chat and provide product demonstrations.
• Achieve team and individual goals while delivering an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications and coach other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services.
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help achieve profitable growth through critical business drive times.
