Barkley Films is a creative collective of video creators within BarkleyOKRP. This role involves working on a range of projects, from high-profile consumer-facing work to creating content for new business pitches and internal needs.

Responsibilities:

• Think creatively and strategically.
• Collaborate with creative and social teams to create video assets.
• Provide creative input throughout the production process.
• Edit videos according to specifications.
• Work with producers and teams to review cuts and incorporate feedback.
• Manage all footage, assets, and project files.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain all equipment used.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere.
• Calm under pressure, able to manage tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills through video.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, self-starter.
