Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering tech required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, engineering technician, or production support.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with camera, optical, electronics, semiconductors, or precision assembly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume camera assembly, inspection, and test lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment, processes, and downtime to improve performance.
• Install, setup, qualification, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Assist process development, validation, yield improvement, and CI projects.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends.
• Assist with root cause investigations and CAPA actions.
• Train operators on equipment operation and standardized work.
• Support new product introductions, pilot builds, and production ramp.
