Solid Solutions 24/7 is hiring full-time Camera Car Drivers in Sacramento, CA. You'll drive a company car equipped with license plate recognition (LPR) cameras, scanning plates to help our recovery team find vehicles. If you like to drive, work on your own, and want pay that grows with your results, we'll train you.

• Guaranteed base pay: $16.90/hour for every hour you work ($17.40/hour starting January 1, 2027)
• Locate bonus: earn a bonus for every vehicle your scans help recover
• Scan bonus: earn a [monthly / per-pay-period] bonus when you hit your scan volume goal
• No cap. The more you find, the more you make.

Your Schedule

• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Night shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 shifts a week including weekends
• 8 paid hours per shift with a 30-minute meal break

About the Role

You'll drive assigned routes in a company camera car equipped with LPR technology. The system scans license plates automatically as you drive. When it gets a hit, you verify the vehicle and send the locate to our recovery agents. No repossession or driving-job experience is needed. If you've done delivery, rideshare, courier or security patrol work, you already have the core skills.

What You'll Do

• Drive assigned routes in a company camera car, scanning license plates throughout your shift
• Work toward a monthly goal of 250,000 unique plate scans
• Verify vehicle hits and report locates to recovery agents quickly and accurately
• Complete a digital vehicle inspection at the start of every shift
• Clock in and out through our timekeeping app and take all scheduled meal and rest breaks
• Submit a daily end-of-shift report with your scans, locates, miles and notes
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Keep all vehicle, client and account information strictly confidential

What We're Looking For

• At least 23 years old (required by our commercial auto insurance)
• Valid California driver's license and a safe driving record [define standard]
• Available for day or night shifts, including weekends
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps [company device provided / phone reimbursement provided]
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work on your own for a full shift
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication
