Job summary

Hide and Seek Recovery in Dallas, TX is seeking Drivers with a valid Texas license to operate our Camera Car across multiple lots. You will help locate vehicles for our Recovery Agents and play a critical role in the repo process.

Training lasts one week in Plano or Fort Worth; after training you work in Lewisville, Fort Worth, Duncanville, McKinney, Balch Springs, or Plano. Day and night shifts are available, with requirements to pass screenings and maintain a professional, punctual, and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and punctual, responsible.
• Able to work 40+ hours per week including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Good communicator, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive company Camera Car to locate vehicles for repos.
• Complete daily Vehicle Inspection Checklist (including tire pressure).
• Meet shift quota and report all traffic incidents within 24 hours.
• Work with DRN to troubleshoot camera/software issues.
• Maintain professional conduct in high-stress environments.
• Keep vehicle clean at end of shift.
