Camera and Photos - Camera API Test Engineer

Location: Cupertino, California, United States

Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer with a solid understanding of software development principles using C, C++, or Objective-C. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, scripting languages, and developing comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts. Responsibilities include triaging and debugging regressions, analyzing quality trends, and working collaboratively across multiple teams. A passion for software quality and attention to detail is essential. Knowledge of Camera technology, Photography, and experience with native iOS application development in Objective-C and/or Swift are highly desirable, as are skills in scripting languages like Python.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with test automation techniques and scripting languages
• Experience developing unit tests and test plans for complex features
• Understanding of API design and maintenance challenges
• Proficiency in Objective-C, C, and/or C++
• MS/BS degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
