Qualifications

  • Understanding of printed circuit board manufacturing and ability to read build documentation.
  • Good written and verbal English skills; strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; hardware knowledge a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or design environment; lead/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise shift personnel through selection, training and performance evaluation.
  • Lead daily operations to meet production requirements and schedules.
  • Coordinate workload to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.

Plans, organizes, and accomplishes the daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals for assigned area with regard to safety, quality, productivity, on time delivery and cost performance. Monitors quantitative performance metrics and takes corrective actions as required to attain goals established by Management. Applies appropriate structured problem solving methods and techniques to improve performance.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Supervises through effective selection, training and performance evaluation of members and through effective delegation and follow up tasks. Partners with HR to lead the hiring process for new production personnel.* Responsible to lead shift personnel in daily operations to meet production requirements. Schedules and assigns work within the unit to regulate workflow and meet required schedules while ensuring focus is on providing quality and on-time deliveries.* Identifies problems in a product, equipment, quality, safety and/or employee relations. Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.* Collaborates with manager to establish a level work load. Responsible for meeting the daily and weekly production schedule. Attends AM production meeting and provides backlog updates.* Accomplish all job related paperwork in the most accurate, timely and ethical manner.* Maintains a high degree of quality in all work performed. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:$100,435 - $176,627Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
