The CAM Execution role sits at the intersection of CAM programming and manufacturing execution, diagnosing failures and implementing robust, production-grade fixes to ensure reliable, repeatable outcomes.

Qualifications

Ability to decompose complex manufacturing issues and identify root causes.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication across teams.
Deep understanding of machining and inspection processes.
Experience with CNC programming software and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and correct failures across CNC programs, machine setups, and inspection workflows; implement repeatable, production-stable solutions.
Bridge CAM programming and shop-floor execution; refine toolpaths, setups, and machining strategies.
Collaborate with CAM Programming, Quality, CMM Programming, Applications, Automation, and Go-To-Market teams to develop robust process solutions.
Identify systemic weaknesses in the manufacturing process and drive standardization and improvements across the factory.
