Job summary

Farmer Mac seeks a Calypso Platform Manager to own the stability, governance, and long-term direction of the Calypso platform on Nasdaq CapCloud. You will be the technical SME, drive upgrades, releases, and data integrations, and manage the Nasdaq relationship.

Reporting to the Director - Finance Technology & IT Operations, you will guide a Calypso Systems Analyst and collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders. Remote-friendly with limited travel to Washington, DC.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT, application management or technical support for capital markets or financial services platforms.
Strong knowledge of Calypso architecture, configuration, workflows, interfaces, and data model.
Experience leading Calypso version upgrades and release cycles.

Responsibilities

Serve as Calypso technical SME; guide platform configuration, architecture, data flows, and capabilities to stakeholders.
Own platform stability, monitoring, incident and problem management, and delivery of upgrades and releases.
Establish and maintain governance for Calypso, including environment management, security roles, change control and documentation.
