Overview

As a Calypso Automation Test Lead, you will make an impact by driving quality assurance and automation for key Banking and Financial Services (BFS) projects. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute test automation strategies using Calypso/CATT tools
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and testing processes
  • Work closely with customers to provide timely status updates and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage testing cycles and deliverables
  • Coordinate across team landscapes to ensure effective communication and delivery

What you need to have to be considered

8+ yrs. of QA experience with :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Calypso/CATT test automation
  • Solid understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate effectively
  • Experience in client communication and reporting
  • Good domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services (BFS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
These will help you stand out
  • Experience in end-to-end automation frameworks
  • Exposure to large-scale BFS transformation programs
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve testing bottlenecks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills

Salary and Other Compensation
  • Applications will be accepted until 10/10/2025.
  • The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 and $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
