The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a CFO, strong communication, and a proven track record of improving profitability, margins, and cash flow for small business owners. This position offers full-time W-2 employment with generous benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience serving as a CFO.
Direct experience working with small and mid-sized business owners.
Experience advising businesses generally in the $1M-$35M+ revenue range.
Demonstrated track record of improving profitability and financial performance.
Strong understanding of pricing, margins, cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for owners.
Experience managing multiple client relationships is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to have candid conversations with business owners.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A CFO WHO MAKES BUSINESSES MORE PROFITABLE

Do you love helping business owners make better financial decisions—and seeing those decisions translate into real business results?

We're looking for an experienced CFO who has worked directly with business owners, not just managed the numbers from behind the scenes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

8+ years of experience serving as a CFO
