Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Service in Rock Hill, SC is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides/Home Health Aides to provide in-home support for clients, helping them age in place with dignity. The role offers flexible shifts and a pay range of $15-$17/hour, with a supportive team environment.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed, with training provided and weekly pay via direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must have experience caring for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication skills and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day activities to help them age in place.
• Bathing and dressing assistance.
• Prepare nutritious meals to support health and energy.
• Ensure medications are taken on schedule.
• Run errands and assist with light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide mental and physical exercises to reduce fall risk.

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be working with our clients helping them with day-to-day activities so that they can age in place. You will have a MAJOR impact on their life helping them with things like….
• Bathing and dressing so they can start their day feeling good.
• Preparing nutritious meals for them so their body can heal, and they will have the energy they need to make it through the day.
• Make sure they are taking their medications to reduce visits to the hospital.
• Sometimes run errands for them.
• Helping with light housekeeping so that their environment is clean and safe…
• Assist them with other mental and physical exercises designed to help them improve their health and reduce the risk of fall.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with caring for Elderly and disabled people.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Must have a clean background record and be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills.
