Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Team Leader, Call Transfer in the Orlando area to lead and develop the Call Transfer team. You will mentor new hires, provide coaching and feedback, and monitor performance to improve outcomes. This role requires evening and weekend availability and experience in a contact center or sales environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in contact center or sales/reservations environment.
Auditing, coaching and mentoring new representatives.

Responsibilities

Mentor newly hired representatives to ensure smooth transition from learning to daily production.
Provide coaching, advice and feedback based on live monitoring findings and deliver performance feedback.
Audit representatives’ calls to observe performance, techniques and guideline adherence.
Support the floor by taking over representatives' calls when needed.
Participate in meetings and trainings or other designated projects by management.
Track data to generate weekly or monthly performance reports.
