The GCFR - Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional service to internal and external customers. The primary responsibility is to facilitate the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The CSR acts as the face of Copart, often being the first point of contact for customers.
