The GCFR - Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional service to internal and external customers. The primary responsibility is to facilitate the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The CSR acts as the face of Copart, often being the first point of contact for customers.

Job Duties
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
  • Potentially expanding to include chat and email customer support, answering calls professionally.
  • Maintaining high call quality, including knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up time.
  • Focusing on call resolution and utilizing company resources to meet customer needs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Preferred: One year of office support experience in customer service.
  • High School diploma.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with office equipment and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM.
  • Professional appearance and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
