Consultants may provide technical expertise and strategic guidance; conduct research, assessments, and evaluations; develop training curricula and learning products; facilitate workshops; or design programs.

Assignments may be short- or long-term, depending on project needs and client requirements, and be remote or require travel to specific locations.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant sector
• Extensive experience collaborating with international development organizations or donor/funding agencies
• Strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in both written and verbal formats
• Proven ability to work both independently and within cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in English (proficiency in additional widely spoken languages is a plus)
