Job description

Operations supervisor for a remote US team, with training hours from 8:30-5 pm EST and program hours from 8:30-8 pm (shift needs TBD).

The Patient Access team is a leader in HUB services and patient access market, serving the biopharmaceutical industry with comprehensive patient support, product access, affordability, and adherence solutions. The team supports over 2.5 million patients and 100 unique brands across 25 disease indications.

The Supervisor is responsible for managing and developing their team, ensuring strong performance across assigned programs such as hubs, reimbursement hotlines, patient assistance programs, and co-payment programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing team members to drive stellar performance
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
  • Leading proficiency gap assessments and developing plans to address performance issues
  • Monitoring and reviewing training to determine effectiveness

The Supervisor will also work on client and program communication, reporting and analytics, and program-specific knowledge. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrated proficiency in clear communication, and exceptional customer service skills.
