Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, proven call center or customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM systems like

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat to understand their needs.
• Educate prospects on our products and services, and assess if we’re the right fit.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to advance conversations toward scheduled appointments.
• Use standardized scripts and vetting criteria to capture all key information.
• Review past customer interactions and proactively reschedule missed appointments.
• Accurately input customer details and project information into Salesforce.
• Refer leads we can’t serve to our trusted business partners.
