Call Center Representative - Starting September 30

Location: United States, Arizona, Phoenix

Now Hiring: Call Center Representative - Transportation Services (Contract-to-Hire). Location for training: Downtown Phoenix (must be able to commute for the first 2-3 weeks). Start Date: Tuesday, September 30. Pay: 16/hr. This is a contract-to-hire role with the opportunity to convert to direct hire.

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least one year of call center experience to join a dynamic team coordinating non-emergent transportation and paratransit services. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities
  • Verify eligibility and schedule transportation services using management systems
  • Deliver top-tier customer service to a diverse population
  • Accurately enter customer contact information into software systems
  • Conduct outbound calls as needed
  • Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner
  • Respond to and document customer complaints
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience (must-have)
  • Strong documentation and data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a call center environment
  • Must be available to start Tuesday, September 30th
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
