A leading watch design company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage outbound calls, resolve customer service issues, and process e-commerce requests. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a call center, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The hourly rate for this position is $18.50.
