SalesBizLab We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by finding viable solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
