Location: 100% Remote, only in the state of Kansas

As a Call Center Representative in our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) department, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals who rely on us to get to and from their medical appointments.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls with patience, care, and professionalism
  • Schedule transportation with accuracy and empathy
  • Follow client guidelines and stay in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Update and manage trip information in our system with precision
  • Communicate clearly with members, transportation providers, and healthcare facilities
  • Stay cool under pressure and work through changes or concerns with confidence
  • Meet performance goals while keeping customer service at the heart of every call

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a call center, healthcare, transportation, or customer service role is a plus
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures closely while staying focused on the bigger picture-helping people
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable with basic computer systems
