EECU Credit Union in Fort Worth is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver expert, phone-based member support with accuracy and a courteous approach. You will help members with their accounts, answer questions, and promote relevant services.
After six months of in-office training, you could qualify for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). A strong team culture, growth opportunities, and a focus on security accompany this role.

In this role, you’ll assist members over the phone, providing top-tier support with their accounts while ensuring every interaction is efficient, courteous, and helpful. Plus, we offer a fantastic work-life balance—after 6 months of in-office training, you could be eligible to work a hybrid schedule(3 days in office, 2 days remote!)
To be eligible for hybrid work, you must show that you can successfully work independently and meet productivity goals. Also, you must have a reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection (20Mbps+ download speed/ 5Mbps+ upload speed). Applicants must provide this requirement has been met. You provide the high-speed internet. We will provide everything else (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset).
Key responsibilities for thisposition will be to deliver exceptional service to our members by answeringinbound calls timely, professionally and courteously. While maintainingperformance standards in quality, attendance, and an overall team centric workethic. Take ownership of each member while empathizing and prioritizing memberneeds. Build lasting relationships with our members by always being available,offer products and services as appropriate, and put each member first withevery interaction. Protect the member and EECU from potential identity theft orfraud by accurately verifying members, keep information confidential, and raiseconcerns when in doubt. Resolve conflicts and manage member expectations.Candidate is responsible for adherence to all Federal and State Rules andRegulations that pertain to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, BankBribery Act and NCUA Privacy Regulations.
