The primary role of the Member Contact Center Representative I is to provide exemplary service to Credit Union members via all contact methods, including phone, email, web channels, mail, and fax. Under supervision, the MCC Rep I performs duties related to member service such as processing deposits and withdrawals, reviewing account information and credit/card transactions, processing loan payments, and providing basic online banking support. This position supports all depository and lending products and aims to achieve cross-sell goals established by the Credit Union.
The MCC Rep I is typically on the phone throughout the day, adhering to their schedule to meet and exceed member service standards. The role emphasizes a positive member experience, representing Nuvision Credit Union professionally and respectfully at all times, and building strong internal and external relationships.
