The primary role of the Member Contact Center Representative I (Part Time) is to provide exemplary service to Credit Union members via various contact methods including phones, email, web channels, mail, and fax. Under general supervision, this role involves processing deposits and withdrawals, reviewing account information and transactions, processing loan payments, providing basic online banking support, and supporting all depository and lending products to meet cross-sell goals. MCC Rep I is typically on the phone throughout the day, adhering to their schedule to ensure high standards of member service. The role emphasizes a positive member experience, professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, sound judgment, and respectful collaboration internally and externally, aligning with Nuvision Credit Union's goals and core values. Responsibilities include providing timely service, conducting member consultations, recommending products, managing account openings and maintenance, identifying suspicious activity, completing training, and supporting continuous improvement activities. Qualifications include at least 1 year of retail experience with a proven sales/service record, basic financial product knowledge, professional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a genuine interest in member assistance. Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation varies by location, with specific pay scales listed.
