Job summary

Luxury Bath of Spokane in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager to lead our call center operations and support the sales team. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in customer service, with evening and weekend availability expected.

You will recruit, train, coach, and oversee Call Center Representatives, schedule appointments for the sales team, and ensure productivity and performance against quotas.

Qualifications

• Previous call center leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales representatives' schedules.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
• Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting quotas.
• Track key performance metrics and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
