LKQ Corp. in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative to provide world-class service using product knowledge and company systems.

You will handle inbound queries by phone and email, quote prices for vehicles, process orders, and coordinate with distribution centers, aiming for accurate documentation and satisfaction.

Bilingual English and Spanish or French is a plus; strong computer skills and ability to work to metrics complete the profile.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment.
• Bi-lingual, English & Spanish or English & French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service.
• Communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services.
• Handle phone calls and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes for inbound inquiries and purchase quotes for vehicles considered for sale.
• Ensure the company maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on product inventory, including sales, pricing, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.
• May require understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites and online leads.
• Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide better solutions where possible.
• Perform tasks to standards and metrics; follow directions and procedures.

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.* Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.* Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. May explain and offer guidance on routine procedures.* Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.* Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.* Results are defined and existing practices are used as guidelines for how to complete work activities; works closely with supervisor/manager who provides broad guidance and overall direction.* Prioritize assigned and routine tasks.
